Brian Meyer is the Co-Founder and President of FLOHOM, a vertically integrated waterfront hospitality platform that designs, deploys, and operates floating real estate assets in partnership with marina operators, hotel and hospitality operators, and real estate investors. A lifelong watersports enthusiast and endurance athlete, Brian's personal connection to life on the water became the foundation for a company now creating an entirely new asset class. Before FLOHOM, he founded Capital SUP, a nationally recognized paddle sports company, and served as President of Live Water Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to waterways. He is a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses alumnus. Today, FLOHOM operates across multiple markets, expanding who gets to experience life on the water while unlocking the economic and cultural potential of underutilized waterfronts.
